I was hungry, OK?

I have a funny story to tell before I get you an update. So the back of my leg got pretty rubbed up a few weeks back and it was a little slow to heal. At my 4-month appointment this week, Dr. Rich prescribed a topical ointment for me. When mommy put me in the car seat she put the prescription in with me, and I nibbled a little. Accident, I swear.

Boy was it funny to watch her tell the pharmacist that her son ate his prescription...

Dr. visits went well. The foot surgery is an ever-moving target, but I'll have an update for you after September 9. At the 4-month, they give you some booster shots (ouch) and the whole weigh-and-measure routine. I'm now:

  • Weight: 13lbs, 12.5oz (5.9 kilos) (25th percentile)
  • Length: 25.25" (64.2cm) (55th percentile)
  • Head: 16.875" (43cm) (70th percentile)

So I'm tall and skinny with a really big head. What else is new? Farmor and Grandpa are coming tomorrow, and we're heading up to Grand Teton National Park for a few days. I want to ride a moose!

Until next time. D.

Until I blew up the picture, I read the blog and thought Daniel ate the ointment, not the paper prescription!

I can just see Anida explaining her predicament....

Good one Anida! Make the pharmacist afraid of the little guy with the chompers so he will fill the prescription faster.
